What we provide

Independence
- Statutory audit, tax audit and transfer pricing certification are performed by an independent CA firm with its own name, ownership and management
- Your company appoints the auditor, including the first auditor appointed by your board; you may appoint any independent firm
- The audit firm quotes and bills you directly (indicative fee about $8,000 a year), not part of our fees
- Written independence confirmations from both firms are available on request
